Our client, a high growth tech company in the Atlanta, GA area, is seeking a full-time permanent inhouse attorney. This role will drive sales, procurement, commercial related transactions legal matters, and legal operational excellence.

RequirementsExperience working in a high-growth technology company or startup environment.Strong knowledge in data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance matters relevant to technology companies.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the relevant state bar association.

6-10+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on commercial transactions and contracts within a technology or related industry.Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements with a strong understanding of commercial and contract law principles.Experience supporting sales teams in achieving business goals while managing legal risks effectively.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to assess legal and business implications of complex issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
